29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On or about October 20, 2020 employees moving parts of a swing stage scaffold were exposed to fall hazards through an open roof hatch and the employer did not ensure that the employees were protected from falling through the roof hatch by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems.
