29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) On or about October 20, 2021, employees were provided with and used an unguarded DeWalt DCG412 20V MAX angle grinder while performing siding installation work. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
