29 CFR 1926.302(b)(6):The use of hoses for hoisting or lowering tools was permitted: On or about October 16, 2020, the employer failed to prevent the lowering of a pneumatic nail gun by its attached air hose. The pneumatic nail gun was lowered from the roof of a new residential construction to the interior.
