29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At jobsite located at 8017 E. 34th Ct Wichita KS, employees engaged in framing activities with the use of pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that employees were not provided with eye protection. Rafael Abarca-Barragan was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463205, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3519 S. Lori Wichita Kansas 67210.
