29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(3): The quantity of liquid that may be located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 660 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable liquids in a single portable tank. On or about September 9, 2020, employees were exposed to fire hazards when working in the Press Room and the employer stored multiple 660 gallon portable tanks containing category 2 flammable liquids within the Press Room, outside of an inside storage room.
