29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection a) On or about November 6, 2020, the employer had not certified that an inspection of the hazardous energy control procedure for equipment such as but not limited to saw 051, a Metl Cutoff Saw Model CS3-26-T8, as no authorized employees took part in the inspection, utilized the procedure being inspection, and the deviations and inadequacies of the procedure were not identified.
