29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about August 25, 2020, on the northeast side of a building being constructed, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while welding steel from an aerial lift without wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the basket. Sonny Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1127535, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1437 FM 1463, Katy, TX 77450.
