29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. On or about August 10, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees required to perform service and maintenance activities, including but not limited too; clearing jams on the Paxson 48 inch slitter line scrap chopper, received training and were provided with the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control of hazardous energy sources of the slitter line.
