29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not the minimum required for operations and should ordinarily not exceed a supply for 1 day or one shift: On or about August 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 4529 JD Mouser Parkway, Alvarado, Texas; there were more than 100-gallons of flammable and combustible liquids stored in the work area exposing employees to fire hazards.
