29 CFR 1910.213(g)(4): Inverted swing cutoff saw(s) were not provided with a hood which covered the part of the saw that protruded above the top of the table or above the material being cut and automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of, and remain in contact with the material being cut: a) Western Bee Supplies, Inc., 5 Ninth Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860: On or about August 13, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating equipment including, but not limited to, an Inverted Swing Cutoff Saw "Green End" without the use of a protective hood guard.
