29 CFR 1926.65(c)(8): Information concerning the chemical, physical, and toxicological properties of each substance known or expected to be present on site that was available to the employer and relevant to the duties employees were expected to perform were not made available to the affected employees prior to the commencement of their work activities: a) North End Seawall: On or about July 15, 2020, employees performed clean-up operations excavating and placing contaminated soil containing hazardous material such as, but not limited to volatile organic compounds into containments. The employees were not provided the chemical, physical, and toxicological properties of each substance prior to work activities exposing them to inhalation hazards.
