Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Worksite, 350 Daniel St., Lindenhurst, New York 11757 - Employees were performing roofing work along the edge of a commercial building approximately 15-feet above the ground and was not protected from falling; on or about 07/16/2020.
