29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall hazards. The condition was most recently observed on or about July 7, 2020 at the jobsite located at 4352 Margaret Ridge Drive, Florissant, Missouri, 63034. The employer does not ensure each employee who is exposed to falls greater than 6 feet while working on a residential roof used fall protection.
