29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) M.L.S. Builders, LLC, conducting work at 19 Winfield Manor Court, Perrysburg, OH 43551: On or about July 1, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from head injury hazards by protective hard hats while working below employees who were conducting construction work above. Employees were exposed to potential impact injuries caused by falling materials and/or equipment.
