29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame or spark producing equipment was located in the spraying area or within 20 feet thereof, and was not separated by a partition: On or about June 11, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that open flame was not within 20 feet of powder paint spraying operations. Employees used a propane torch to attempt to open a chemical tote within 20 feet of the Nordson Econocoat Series II Powder Booth.
