29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Mike Krueger (d.b.a. Altogether Roofing) at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio; The employer does not ensure that employees are adequately protected from fall hazards while conducting construction activities. Employees are exposed to fall hazards associated with falls up to approximately twenty feet to the ground below. This violation was most recently observed on or about June 5, 2020 at the address of 4840 Waterville Monclova Road in Monclova, Ohio. To abate this citation, the employer must demonstrate that fall protection is provided and being used by its employees when working more than 6 feet from the lower level. Mike Krueger, d.b.a.
