29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system. On or about June 4, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 18 feet high while standing on a ladder jack scaffold and performing residential roofing activities. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
