29 CFR 1926.451(g)(3)(i): Vertical lifelines were not fastened to a fixed safe point of anchorage, independent of the scaffold, and protected from sharp edges and abrasion: On or about May 27, 2020, an employee was exposed to fall hazards up to 95 feet while using a Spider Suspension Scaffold and the vertical lifeline was attached via braided steel rope to the water tower catwalk guardrail system and the abrasion point was not protected.
