29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6): At the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter, the employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with which he was or would be involved: On or about May 19, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to provide instruction and training to every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all farm equipment such as, but not limited to 6200 Toolbar Liquid Fertilizer Applicator. This exposed employees to crush and caught-in-between hazards.
