29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 11, 2020, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 827 Oxford Ave Ne, Massillon, Ohio 44646; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 9.8 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The Roof Top Masters LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926. 501(b)(13) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1437115, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 148 Lake Ave NE, Massillon, OH 44646
