29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Hunter Subdivision-Dobkins Drive: On April 22, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while performing a saddle tapping procedure on a pressurized 8 inch JM Eagle PVC Pipe without wearing a hard hat.
