29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing illness and impairment were encountered: a) Warehouse (Truck Unloading Area): On or about 3/19/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to biological hazards in that personnel protective equipment (PPE) was not provided to employees while performing task such as tagging merchandise where bat feces laid directly on top of the boxes.
