29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New construction, Lot 44: On or about 3/26/2020 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that the extension cords that were being used had damage on the outer shell showing bare wires. The extension cord was being used to power a Dewalt 7-1/4 circular saw to cur wood for framing activities.
