29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: (a) Jamb Line: On Friday March 13, 2020 and times prior, employees would perform maintenance and servicing operations on equipment such as, the Joseph Machine Company, Inc. Sill Kurf Saw (Model NS 45/90) without first applying a lock and tag on each energy isolating device.
