29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The boundaries of a CDZ were not designated and clearly marked. The CDZ was more than 90 feet (27.4 m) wide. The CDZ was not marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent. On or about March 12, 2020, the boundaries of a controlled decking zone (CDZ) were not designated and clearly marked where employees placed and connected metal roof panels at heights over 15 feet above a lower level and were exposed to fall hazards.
