OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to high pressure injection hazards: On or about March 10, 2020, at the gin building, employees used two compressed air wands, hoses, and two portable air compressors to clean the roof with compressed air in excess of 30 PSI exposing the employees to high pressure injection hazards.
