29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: On or about March 12, 2020, the employer was storing materials such as, but not limited to, paper, boxes, tables, cabinets, chemicals and tools along the back and each side of the booth in the Composite Department. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
