29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(iii): For existing equipment designed and constructed in accordance with codes, standards, or practices no longer in general use, the employer did not determine and document that the equipment in the process was designed, maintained, inspected, tested, and operating in a safe manner. (a) On or about March 5, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at the OK Foods facility, the -20F Recirculator was not provided with labels. The employer failed to determine and document compliance with Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practice (RAGAGEP) such as but not limited to, IIAR Standard 2(2014) Standard for Safe Design of Closed-Circuit Ammonia Refrigeration System, Section 5.14.2 Machinery Labels.
