29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not update their written hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) by June 1, 2016 to reflect changes in labeling and safety data sheets. On or about March 4, 2020 and times prior thereto, the employer had not updated the hazard communication program on to reflect the changes in the Global Harmonized System (GHS) of classification and labelling of chemicals.
