29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working from forklift supported scaffold platforms. This was most recently documented on March 3, 2020 at 12100 S 173rd Ct, Bennet, Nebraska where a supported scaffold platform was being elevated by the forks of a rough terrain forklift and the platform was not attached to the forks.
