29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- Building 200, 211 - 224 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ - Worksite workers were exposed to electric shock hazards when using damaged extension cords and portable electric powered equipment that was powered with visibly damaged cords. Condition observed on or about 02/27/20. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
