29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): (10) Any ladder with structural or other defects is immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced. a) New Day Farms, at an establishment located at 20400 Powder Lick Road, Raymond, Ohio, 43067: On and/or preceding February 19, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a damaged 10-foot stepladder was tagged and removed from service. Employees used a damaged ladder to work from while pressure washing the interior walls of House 6, thereby being exposed to an 8 foot fall hazard.
