29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. When the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard was not guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: (a) Red Tag Area - On or about February 25, 2020 the employer allowed employees to walk on roller beds that had trip hazards created by openings left by missing rollers and rollers that were only connected on one end.
