29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify. On or about February 26, 2020, the employer did not ensure to establish and maintain barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard area prior to the rough-terrain crane being used. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
