Worksite located at 210 Ranglewood Drive, Raymore, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The Angel Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331705, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 21517 W. 98th St., Lenexa, KS 66220. The Angel Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1350707, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on02/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 17714 Penrose Lane, Lenexa, KS 66219.
