29 CFR 1910.119(o)(1): Employer did not certify that they have evaluated compliance with the provisions of this section, at least every three years, to verify that the procedures and practices developed under the standard are adequate and are being followed. a.) Combined Systems, Inc. - On or about February 14, 2020, and at times prior thereto: employees were potentially exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards in that, the employer had not completed compliance audits, pertaining to the process of manufacturing delay tubes for flash bang grenade devices consisting of Hazard Class/Division 1.1, 1.3, and 1.4 explosive material. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
