29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At buildings 1, 3 and 8 of an existing apartment complex located at 315 Abercon Circle, Boynton Beach, FL, 33436: On or about February 12, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet to ground level while performing roofing work on a 7/12 pitch roof without using any means of conventional fall protection system.
