29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. On or about 2/13/2020 at the job site, the employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that, the employer did not provide initial training to the employees in regards to the cleaning chemicals used for daily cleaning such as but not limited to Alpet D2 surface sanitizing wipes/spray, Crew Restroom Floor Cleaner and Lythic Cleaner.
