29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Receiving area and warehouse - On or about February 7, 2020, employees climb boxes to retrieve including, but not limited to boxes and other material for stating products exposing employees to fall hazards up to approximately 9 feet to the concrete bellow.
