OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards during manual tree felling operations: 72 Willow Field Drive, North Falmouth, Massachusetts - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while performing manual tree felling operations on two oak trees where the employer did not maintain a perimeter of at least two times the height of the trunk to prevent non-involved employees from entering the work zone.
