29 CFR 1910.95(l)(3): The employer did not provide, upon request, all materials related to the employer's training and education program pertaining to 29 CFR 1910.95 to the Assistant Secretary and the Director: (a) Brinks Inc. 652 Kent Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11249. The employer developed a hearing conservation program for the coin room. The employer provided hearing protection to the employees. However the employer did not ensure the hearing protectors were worn by the workers identified in the hearing conservation program. The condition was noted at or about 01/24/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
