29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer must provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart: On or about January 23, 2020, the employer failed to provide adequate fall hazard training to their employee(s). Employees are required to use ladders to ascend and descend trees for removal. Employees are required to use work-positioning saddles with personal climbing ropes.
