29 CFR 1910.29(f)(5): (5) Handhold. Handrail did not have the shape and dimension necessary so that employees can grasp the handrail firmly; a) On or about 1/21/2020, the employer had a Stairway that an employee fell down, which had a wooden handrail that did not have the shape and dimension necessary for employee to grasp it firmly. The handrail was made of a wooden 2x6, which does not meet the requirements of a graspable handrail.
