29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i) [as referenced in 29 CFR Part 1915.120]: The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): A) 7 Mosquito Lane, Tuckahoe, NJ- Main Yard: The employer did not ensure that the employees were properly trained to operate a powered industrial trucks. Condition noted on or about 23JAN20 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
