29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically outline the procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) On or about January 14, 2019, in the Extrusion Building, employees were using a Belco Log Oven and Shear Machine (#3216500) without the employer having specific Lockout/Tagout procedures to address the Pneumatic energy of the machine.
