29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) Lower Tank Shop - On or about January 8, 2020 the employer did not perform a hazard assessment of the lower tank shop to determine the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) needed for employees working in the area, exposing employees to struck by, caught in and fall hazards.
