29 CFR 1910.1000(b)(2): Employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen sulfide listed in Table Z-2 in excess of the ceiling concentration of 20 ppm: On or about January 7, 2020, at the tank Battery; while gauging a water tank an employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), 21.5 PPM for ten seconds. The employer did not provide the employee with a self-contained breathing apparatus and exposed the employee to health hazards.
