29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a. 2775 Bankers Industrials Blvd., Suite D, Doraville, GA (Yale Order Selector) - Employees (designated operators) were exposed struck-by hazard. - Employees were required to operate the powered industrial trucks (Yale Order Selector) on a daily basis transporting, retrieving and stocking warehouse materials back and forth from and to the shop area. Employees were not required to perform daily inspection of the powered industrial trucks (P.I.T) before placing it in service for operation, to detect any deficiencies/defects of the powered industrial trucks, the headlights and warning light on the "Yale" Order Selector was inoperable, on or about January 8, 2020.
