29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck: On or about December 31, 2019, and at times prior thereto, in the yard at the establishment, the employer did not ensure an employee, attempting to connect rigging, did not work under the forks and/or the load engaging means of a telescoping powered industrial truck. This exposed the employee to a crushed by hazard.
