29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: On or about December 26, 2019 at the worksite at 776 State Highway 11 SW in Monroe Georgia located within the manufacturing area, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when the employer failed to install and maintain permanent aisles and passageways when powered industrial trucks were being operated in the area.
